Fun Workplace?

According to the Telegraph Small Business Connect community, small businesses can improve morale and boost output by making small changes within the workplace.  They say to ‘ramp up the fun factor’ a software company has added Lego, table tennis and games consoles to their offices.

The CEO says that the team still works hard, they just have a more comfortable and enjoyable environment.  “The office wasn’t devoid of life, but [before we made the changes], our employees worked together and that was pretty much it,” explains Mr Black. “Something as simple as having a lunch room has really changed the dynamic. People who typically wouldn’t speak to each other are now chatting about their plans for the weekend and bonding over lunch.”
